The International Student Film Festival is proud to host the 2008 festival with our new partner, Collegiate Nationals, a CBS-TV company.
Please print out and complete this Submission Form and send it, along with your Film Entry, Film Entry fee, proof of registration (i.e. copy of student ID) and any applicable releases to the International Student Film Festival, postmarked no later than March 31, 2008. Send to the International Student Film Festival at 5296 El Carro Lane, Carpinteria, California 93013, USA.
The top films in each category will be posted on the Collegiate Nationals web site, starting April 25. You and other viewers will be able to vote for the winning films online at www.thecollegiatenationals.com. The winning filmmakers will receive prizes that include a Sony H.D. camera, round trip tickets for two to Colorado for the Collegiate Nationals, Final Cut Pro software and much more.
The film categories are Comedy, Drama, Documentary, Animation, Music Video and Other. The films can be of any length. The winning films will be featured on the Collegiate Nationals TV program (CBS Television) as well as on the web. The films will also appear on the International Student Film Festival web site and a short clip from all entries will featured in the 2008 compilation DVD reel.
College filmmakers can be of any age and must be currently enrolled in at least one college level class. Submissions are accepted on DVD or mini DV format. The entry fee is $20 for the first film and $15 for each additional film. (Fill out a separate submission form for each film.)

AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND RELEASE
I certify that the attached answers are complete and true. I have read the Official Rules/Participation Agreement for the 2008 Collegiate Nationals International Student Film Championship Contest and I agree to abide by them. I am eligible to participate in the Contest. I understand that the International Student Film Festival (“ISFF”) and CSTV Networks, Inc. (“CSTV”) reserve the right to include my Film Entry in any ISFF or CSTV program or event, in any media, in whole or in part. I agree to hold the ISFF and CSTV harmless from any liability resulting from the use of my Film Entry.
I hereby voluntarily assume any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation in the Contest and with my receipt and use of any Prize associated therewith. I and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns hereby voluntarily forever release, discharge, waive and relinquish any and all actions, claims or causes of action against the ISFF, CSTV, and its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, administrators and prize suppliers, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (the “Released Parties”) arising from or resulting in any manner from my participation in the Contest and/or my acceptance and/or use or misuse of the any Contest Prize.
